Fire in Spalding town centre street

A fire broke out in a Spalding town centre street in the early hours of this morning (Monday, July 25).

Crews from Spalding were called to Albion Street at 2.22am.

A car and fencing were among the items on fire.
A spokesman for Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue, said: ”Spalding (wholetime and on-call crews) attended Albion Street, Spalding to a vehicle, fencing and conifer hedging on fire. It was extinguished using three hose reels & one breathing apparatus.”
