Fire crew attend Spalding home fire

Fire crews were called out to a blaze at a Spalding home today (Saturday, June 18).

Fire fighters from Holbeach and Spalding attended the incident on Roman Bank reported around 2.20pm this afternoon.

A spokesman for Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue said the fire had damaged a kitchen and its contents, but that nobody had been reported injured.

The fire was extinguished using two breathing apparatus and a hose reel, the spokesman said.
