Custodians Fencing Club is putting a call out to all former fencers as it prepares for an event to mark its 20th anniversary.

To celebrate its landmark birthday the club is running an invitational one hit epee tournament at the Castle Sports Complex on Sunday, July 6 (12.30pm-4.30pm).

Organiser Andie Bayston said: “The field is limited to 25 fencers from around the county, and I am hoping that any ex-fencers may come out of retirement to meet up with some old friends and enjoy a day with us at the complex.

“A few places have been put aside for these fencers. Also any old fencers or any members of the public can come along to watch.”

To get involved with the event call Andie at the sports complex on 01775 762178 or email [email protected]
