There’s a chance to be an environmental champion at a Eco Activity Day in Sutton Bridge.
The event is being put on by South Holland District Councils Communities team between 11am and 3pm on Thursday, May 30.
At Sutton Bridge Playing Field there will be ‘a plethora of exciting and educational activities’ a district council spokesman said, including performances by Rhubarb Theatre, crafting and have a look in the ‘Nature Lab’.
Coun Tracey Carter, the council’s portfolio holder for communities, said: “This is going to be such a fantastic event with a really important theme to it.
“We’re hopeful families will come down and enjoy the free activities while learning something that perhaps they didn’t know before. It promises to be a great day, rain or shine.”
