Duo deliver doubles as five-star Moulton Harrox cruise to Uppingham win

Ian Bradbury and Ben Allen scored two goals apiece to fire Moulton Harrox to a 5-0 ChromaSport PDFL Premier Division win over Uppingham Town on Saturday.

Defender Ashley Coddington also got in on the act, as Harrox climbed up to second in the table.

Also in the top tier, Crowland Town lost 2-1 at home against Thorney and Holbeach United Reserves were beaten 2-0 at Leverington Sports.

In Division One, relentless leaders Moulton Harrox Reserves won 4-0 at Oundle Town thanks to goals from Declan Earth, Dan Lambe-Hyner, Martin Sandall and Louis Steadman.

Sutton Bridge United are third after a hat-trick from star man Matt Eaton helped them see off Glinton and Northborough 3-0. At the other end of the table, Spalding United Reserves lost 3-0 at Whittlesey Reserves and stay bottom.

In Division Two, Mark Astley scored as Spalding Town lost 5-1 at Ramsey, while Pinchbeck Reserves were thumped 9-1 by Oakham Reserves in the PFA Challenge Cup.

Martin Baker, Jamie Griffin and Aron John notched at Thorpe Wood to give Sutton Bridge Reserves a 3-2 victory in Division Three, while Division Four leaders Holbeach Bank lost by the same score at Feeder.

Whaplode Drove also went down 2-1 at Parkside, while Tydd Reserves drew 2-2 at Huntingdon Rovers.

In Division Five, Dan Bergin and Scott Burrell both hammered hat-tricks as Holbeach A battered Leverington Sports A 12-0.
