  • Spalding IBC’s national knockout mixed team beat Sleaford in a home and away match played on Sunday.

However, Spalding finished strongly – winning on four rinks and posting a score of 101-84, taking 16 of the 18 points on offer.

The best winning rink was skipped by Chris Stagles and ably assisted by John Bailey, Paul Lockie, and Pat Fillbrook.

Captains for the day were David Lunn and Graham Hicks.
