Decisions due on planning applications for Spalding School of Dance and homes in Crowland and Long Sutton

Plans for 50 new homes in Crowland are set for outline approval by district councillors on Wednesday (Oct 22).

Ashley King Developments Ltd, of Holbeach, wants to build off Peterborough Road.

South Holland’s planning committee will also look again at an application for 39 homes at The Bull Hotel in Long Sutton’s Market Place. Officers recommend that completion of hotel refurbishment work is tied into a timescale of occupation of the properties.

Meanwhile, an application by Spalding School of Dance to relocate to Low Fulney is recommended for refusal as it is outside development area.
