Cowbit revs up for Fun on the Field

Cowbit’s annual Fun on the Field will have a few extra gears this weekend.

That’s because the annual event will also boast a vintage car show as it takes place from 3pm on the Playing Field off Parkin Road.

Cowbit man James Wilson-White will be there raising awareness of Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) and the motor-sports lover offered to organise a car show this year to boost the attraction.

“I’m really looking forward to it,” he said. “We’ve got a lot of different vintage cars coming down, including some military vehicles.

“It’s always a great event anyway and this year will have even more on offer.”

Fun on the Field is free to enter.
