Courts close three more shops in South Holland

Closure orders have been made against three more South Holland shops.

Nasza Biedronka in Sheep Market and Easy Shop in Station Street, Spalding plus Holbeach Market on that town’s High Street have been shut down for three months.

Lincolnshire Police and Trading Standards have not said why they successfully applied to Lincoln Magistrates Court for the orders that were passed on Wednesday (April 3).

The charges say it relates to ‘nuisance or disorder’.

The owners of each shop was also ordered to pay £403 costs to Lincolnshire Police.

In February five shops in Spalding were closed for three months for the sale of illegal cigarettes and vapes.
