Courageous Spalding Kicker Rosie clinches coveted black belt status

Spalding Kickers Taekwondo are celebrating after another one of their pupils achieved black belt status.

Talented Rosie Nicolson has successfully passed her black belt grading, which took place in Nottingham.

Nicolson has been training with the Castle Sports Complex club right from day one.

The grading involved performing patterns with commands in Korean, breaking with a side kick, one step sparring, free sparring and self defence.
