Club joins ballsy call to men

Spalding Water Polo Club have had the balls to get behind a local charity’s latest campaign.

The Right Side Trust and Ella’s Project founded by Mark Le Sage is looking to raise awareness surrounding testicular cancer after joining forces with The Oddballs Foundation.
Its latest campaign is entitled ‘Have You Checked Your Balls Lately?’
To launch it locally, Mark and members of Spalding Water Polo Club have recorded a video urging men to check their testicles and details of how to do it properly.
“Early detection can save lives and we’re here to spread the word,” Mark said. “Let’s break the stigma and start the conversation about men’s health.
“Check yourself, share the message and help us make an impact.
“Thanks to the staff at the Castle pool for allowing us to use the pool side for filming.”
The video can be viewed on the Ella’s Project Facebook page.
