Church donates to Friends

Members of the Friends of Johnson Community Hospital were warmly welcomed by Broad Street Methodist Church to receive a donation of £644.72.
Bryn Chappell, the church treasurer, said: “Each year we choose a local charity to receive donations made for coffee after service every Sunday. We chose the Friends of Johnson Hospital because of the great support they give to improve the life of all users of our community hospital. We know the money will be put to good use.”
The Friends would like to thank everyone at Broad Street Methodist Church for their generosity and community spirit. This donation will go towards purchasing much-needed equipment for the hard-working nurses and for the comfort and care of patients at Johnson Community Hospital.
