Care home’s moving video

A care home has created a moving video of residents singing We’ll Meet Again for relatives

Tanglewood’s Cedar Falls in Spalding shared the video on social media and sent it to family and friends of the residents.

Trudy Roberts’s dad Tony Skillington (83) opens the video.

“I wanted to say thank you to the staff for making it,” she said. “It’s amazing and shows they are keeping residents busy and doing a fab job of caring for them.”

Tanglewood managing director Nike Ajewole said:“It was the ideas of the community co-ordinator.

“It’s difficult for many of our residents to not have family and friends visit them. We also wanted to show the residents are healthy and happy.

“We’ve been sending a lot of videos and making things such as cards to relatives as we want our residents to feel they’re still part of the community.”
