Captain’s great fundraising total

Prostate Cancer UK was the chosen charity for Stewart Barnett’s year of fundraising as Club Captain of Spalding Golf Club.
He set himself the target of running a marathon and personally raised £455.
During his captain’s year, £5,000 was raised by donations, raffles, golf competitions and sponsorship at the golf club.
Barnett would like to thank everyone who donated to the charity and who helped him in his year as captain.
He was happy and proud to hand over the cheque for £5,455 to Tracy Taylor, a volunteer for Prostate Cancer UK.
