Capital effort from students

Fourteen students from Dempsey TKD in Whaplode were in action at the UK ITF Region Championships in London.
The five to 15-year-olds competed across various disciplines, demonstrating courage, determination and resilience, winning six gold, seven silvers and eight bronze medals.
The tournament involved more than 170 competitors from all over the UK.
