Caffe Aurora is keeping it in the family

A Holbeach businesswoman is keeping it in the family with her latest venture.

Rosemary Cameron, who is Holbeach born and bred, is behind the launch of new coffee lounge Caffe Aurora.

Rosemary’s daughter Sophie and her husband Cormac O’Hara lead the operation with Sophie as head baker and Cormac as manager.

Their eldest daughter Poppy leads the Barista service team and Sophie’s sister Debra is assisting her in the kitchen.

This local family have created the style and comfort of an Italian coffee house on the High Street.

With a variety of comfortable seating areas, free wifi, home cooking, excellent coffee and menu options to suit all ages, Caffè Aurora delivers a boost to Holbeach’s town centre.

Rosemary has grown up, lived and traded in the town and knows the value of a vibrant high street.

She said: “I have for many years been saddened by the decline of many of the facilities and businesses in Holbeach.

“The local community needs better, wants better and really deserves a better choice of facilities and outlets.

“As we watch the larger towns grow and revive their town centres, I am delighted that my family has taken the step to invest in our wonderful community and I hope Holbeach residents and visitors will support us.

“I know Sophie, Cormac, Poppy and our team will be delighted to welcome everyone – come and try us, we think you’ll enjoy something new!”

Caffè Aurora is open 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday, at 52 High Street, Holbeach.
