Blue plaque for church benefactor?

Plans have been submitted to put a blue plaque on a Spalding building to mark a town benefactor.
The Spalding and District Civic Society want to install the plaque for Charlotte Charinton, who lived in Welland Place, London Road. She devoted her inheritance to various churches in South Holland and entirely funded the building of St Paul’s, Fulney.
She inherited wealth from, her father Thomas, a farmer in Gedney Hill. He had disinherited her elder sister for eloping.
The application, to South Holland District Council, is for the plaque to be put on the wall of the Welland Place home she lived in until her death in 1888.
