Billy King struck the only goal as Moulton Harrox finally grabbed their first win of the ChromaSport Peterborough Premier Division season with a 1-0 triumph over Holbeach United Reserves on Tuesday night.
The midfielder’s strike settled a tight derby at Broad Lane and ended Moulton’s run of four draws from as many league games.
It leaves Harrox in ninth place, with Omar Joof’s promoted Tigers still rock bottom and without a win so far.
In Division One, Tim Lowe’s late strike earned Long Sutton Athletic a 1-0 derby success at rivals Sutton Bridge United.
Tonight (Wednesday) sees Crowland Town host Pinchbeck United at Snowden Field (6.30pm).
