The semi-finalists in Spalding and District Billiards League Shield are now known.
Crowand B, Consti D, Gosberton and Long Sutton are the final four after Monday’s quarter-finals.
Consti B had the largest winning margin – and arguably the most impressive win.
Steve Spencer, John Keeton and Mick Johnson all won to send league leaders Donington packing.
Norman Gookey’s side had little answer to the Spalding side and went down 600-455.
Top break of the match was Mick Johnson’s 70.
Crowland B claimed their place with a 585-513 victory at home to Consti D.
Rob Childs had seven notable breaks, the best being a nice 73. They helped him overturn a 220-point handicap and see off Stewart Davies 200-143.
Bottom-of-the-table Gosberton continue to go well in this competition. They knocked out Holbeach B 551-476 with a great away win, David Haresign and Malc Dennis were their winners.
Title-chasing Long Sutton cruised through at the expense of Consti C. Adam Barwell’s 40 was the best break of the night.
