Awards time for Spalding RFC’s mini and junior sections

Spalding RFC’s mini and junior sections finished their seasons recently – with medals awarded to all players for their contributions.

Each age group also nominated a most improved player and a players’ player of the season.

Club chairman John Constable said: “We are rightly proud of these young players who have all enjoyed their training sessions as well as competed well against local clubs.

“All of our club coaches and squad administrators are volunteers and freely give their time to help them to achieve their potential.

“However, our biggest thanks must go to our mini and junior co-ordinator Peppa Saunders, who works tirelessly to make it all possible.”
