Holbeach Co-Op has been named the Gold Pharmacy Branch of the Year.
It was named as a joint winner alongside Heckington and Birchwood in Lincoln as part of Lincolnshire Co-Op’s Awards Week.
The award is “for the incredible standard of services provided and persevering through the challenges faced through COVID-19,” a spokesman for the company said.
Imran Datoo, manager at Holbeach Pharmacy, said: “In a period of difficulty during the pandemic, being short staffed at times and workload ever increasing, the whole team stepped it up a gear and continued serving our patients with a smile.
“Achieving the desired number of services and the efficient running of the pharmacy has been key in our success and can only be put down to a collective effort from the whole team.”
