Appeal over body found at RAF Holbeach

Police are looking for help in identifying the body of a man found near RAF Holbeach.

The man’s body was found on New Year’s Eve last year in a tidal salt marsh.

It’s been estimated by police that he’d died two weeks earlier, around December 16 2018.

The man is described as being aged between 20 and 40, of medium build and around 170m to 180m tall, with shoulder length, straight brown hair, held back with an Alice Band.

He was wearing what the police call a “Generic Plastic Gold School-Sports-Day ‘Winner’ Medal” and also had on him a  two inch diameter compact mirror with the Disney character Belle on.

He was wearing a Gilet High Point size 14 jacket, both Inuit and M&S medium t-shirts a Primark top, blue jeans with 34w and 32l measurements, blue/grey Gap ‘Lived-In Slim’ trousers and size 10 Goodyear ‘Snap On’ boots.
