Another week of competitive darts

The third round of the Pinchbeck and District Winter Darts League fixtures delivered another competitive week across both divisions, with several matches going down to the wire.

In Division A, Services Club B edged out Green Dragon A 5-4 in a tightly contested home fixture.
Dave Norbury sealed the win in the final singles match, defeating Al Leighton 2-0.
Tony Clark had a 180 for the Services side.
Black Bull, Kirton also secured a narrow 5-4 win over Consti Club B, thanks to early victories from Karl Louth, Brodie Graham and Mark Graham.
Despite late wins from Chris Howling and Stu Ewins, the Consti side fell just short.
Lincoln Arms A raced to a 6-1 lead against Consti Club C before Jacob Herd (180) and Paul Faulkner (17-dart leg) salvaged two singles for the visitors, ending the match 6-3.
Steve Gaughan also hit a 180 for Lincoln.
Pinchbeck FC B maintained their strong start with a 6–3 away win at Lincoln Arms D.
Connor MacKenzie fired an 18-dart leg, though he was edged out 2–1 by Stacey Banister.
Royal Mail Cart remain unbeaten after a 6–3 win at Draymans Arms, clinched by singles victories from Jason Vines, Chris Fidler and Stu Page.
Kirton Leisure continue to lead Division B, staying unbeaten with a 5-4 away win at Consti Club D.
Finn Andrew’s 2-1 win over Nick Collins in the final singles proved decisive.
Consti Club Z moved into second place with a commanding 7–2 win over Consti Club A, highlighted by Paul Merrill’s 114 checkout.
Green Dragon Z remain unbeaten in third after a 7-2 home win against the Pied Calf, with Callum and Kieran Day closing out the match in style.
Green Dragon C edged Services Club A 5-4, with Jamie Balding and JP Horton securing the win beating Steve Booden and Acker Kelk respectively.
Pinchbeck FC C posted a 6-3 home win over Lincoln Arms C, with standout checkouts of 113 from Stan Potter and 144 from Josh Burton.
