Air Cadets hit the right note

Holbeach Air Cadets have drummed up enough support to allow them to start their very own marching band.

Members of the 2430 (Holbeach) RAF Air Cadets are now learning to play their instruments thanks to two fantastic donations.

Town based charity Chosen provided them with £500 worth of funding.

And that was backed up by a fantastic gift of more than £300 by local councillor Malcolm Chandler.

Speaking on behalf of the RAF Air Cadet squadron, Vanessa Simmonds: said: “This gives all cadets a chance to learn a musical instrument and to play in the wing band with members of other squadrons.”
