Air ambulance lands at Morrison’s after ‘medical incident’

A man in his 70s has been taken to hospital after a ‘medical incident’ that saw the air ambulance land at Morrison’s.

Police and ambulance services were called to the Wardentree Lane superstore shortly after 8am this morning (May 10).

The Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance attended, though it’s not clear if it was used to take the injured person.

A spokesman for Lincolnshire Police said: “We attended a call for a concern for safety at Morrisons at 8.07am today. A man in his 70s was taken to hospital after a suspected medical episode.”
