Adey’s team take tight Tydd St Giles tussle

 

It was tight at the top of Tydd St Giles Golf Club’s Stableford Pairs event as three teams all finished on the same score.

The magic tally of the day was 41 points, with Adey Bills’ team just edging out Phil Tilney and Julian Davey’s respective teams on countback.

Tilney took second spot, with the unfortunate Davey having to settle for third place.

Results: Men’s section: October Stableford Pairs – 1st Adey Bills’ team 41pts (ocb); 2nd Phil Tilney’s team 41pts; 3rd Julian Davey’s team 41pts.
