Activate your summer holiday fun in South Holland

There is no reason for youngsters to get bored during the school holidays.

South Holland District Council has arranged a series of free family days through the Activate! programme.

Starting on August 1 in Holbeach, the days are designed to give young people and their families the chance to try new sports and arts activities within their community.

Activities include a climbing wall, rowing machines, garden games and craft activities along with a mobile skate park.

“It is great to see the communities team putting on another series of fantastic and free events for people of all ages,” said Coun Gary Taylor.

Carter’s Park, Holbeach is the venue for August 1, followed by Snowden Field, Crowland on August 8; Pinchbeck Library on August 16; Sutton Bridge Memorial Park on August 22 and finally at Gosberton House School on August 29.
