Action over eyesore burnt-out car at Spalding Railway Station

Action is being taken to try to get a burnt-out car removed from Spalding Railway Station.

An East Midlands Trains spokesman said: “We have written to the owner of the vehicle to inform them that their car needs to be removed from Spalding station car park.
“Our crime and security team is also investigating the matter and looking to ensure the area is safe and doesn’t impact on customer journeys in any way.”

The fire in the Ford Focus happened on October 8.
