A car being on its side after a road traffic collision closed part of the A17 in Fleet.
The incident is believed to have happened near to the Anglia Motel around 7.20am this morning.
Only minor injuries were reported as a result of the incident which partly blocked the road.
Holbeach residents reported a large amount of traffic being directed through the town causing delays.
The road is now open.
A spokesman for Lincolnshire Police, said: “We were called to reports that a car and van had collided on the A17 Washway Road near Fleet at 7.21am this morning (Wednesday, May 3).
“The car was on its side, and the road was partially blocked while the vehicles were cleared.
“Thankfully, only minor injuries were reported.”
