A whole safe, documents and jewellery among items taken in Whaplode St Catherine burglary

An appeal has been made after burglars raided a property in Whaplode St Catherine yesterday (Tuesday, January 4).

Designer watches, jewellery, personal documents and a whole Yale safe were stolen in the raid on a Millgate property between 3.55pm and 5pm.

A Lincolnshire Police statement said: “We have now launched an investigation and would like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time and may have seen anyone suspicious, or noticed vehicles parked outside the property or on the road at around the time of the incident.

“We would also like to hear from anyone with dash cam or CCTV footage.”
