A successful end of season hockey presentation night

Spalding Hockey Club marked the end of a successful season with its annual presentation event.

Players from the men’s and women’s sections of the club got together to celebrate and receive their awards.

Team of the season went to the Ladies’ 1st team, with other awards given out including Players’ Player, Captain’s Player, Most Improved Player and Top Goal Scorer.

Claire Baker was honoured, receiving the award for Senior Club Person, while Sam Howett received the Joe Higgins Award.

Many of the prizes were presented by the team captains.
