A keen Donington photographer is celebrating receiving a top award from the Royal Photographic Society.
Joanna Banks has been a passionate photographer for five years and specialises in capturing animal images.
She has been awarded the distinction of Licentiate from the Royal Photographic Society after submitting ten photographs.
“The society’s distinctions are internationally respected and sought-after,” she said.
More than 1,000 applications are made each year for Licentiate, Associate or Fellowship membership.
The images Joanna submitted included several of animals.
She offers a range of photography services via her website www.grgphotos.co.uk or through a Facebook page of the same name.
