Boot camp to Give It Some Fizz in gardens

20140419_162207smallA fitness instructor is hoping a new open air “boot camp” will entice more people to take up exercise.

With the evenings getting longer and the weather getting warmer, Zoe Myall believes it is a great time to get fit and active, so she has set up the Give It Some Fizz sessions at Ayscoughfee Gardens, Spalding.

Sessions are held every Wednesday from 6.30pm to 7.30pm, at £4 per person, with activities to strengthen, tone and boost your cardiovascular fitness such as tyre flipping, leaping through agility ladders and working out with kettlebells.

Zoe Myall, who is a fitness instructor, sports coach and personal trainer, said: “The activities are for adults of all abilities, whether you are experienced or a beginner. We work out in a fun atmosphere, but still work hard.”

Zoe also runs a boot camp in Gosberton Park on Tuesday evenings from 6pm to 7pm and a stretch and relax class in Surfleet, also on Tuesdays from 7.30pm to 8.30pm.
