Win tickets to see all-star show at 60s spectacular

An all-star line-up will be featuring in the 60s Spectacular at the South Holland Centre next month – and we have two pairs of tickets to be won.

Live Promotions have put together an electrifying show for the event which takes place on Saturday, February 18.

Topping the bill are the fabulous Merseybeats who are regarded as one of the most exciting sixties bands ever to perform on stage.

They appeared at the famous Cavern Club with The Beatles more times than any other band and still feature founder members Tony Crane and Billy Kinsley.

Special guest will be sixties heart-throb Billie Davis who, at the age of 16, was discovered by legendary record producer Joe Meek.

She enjoyed massive hits and popularity with ‘Tell Him’ and ‘Angel of the Morning’. Billie also toured with both The Beatles and the Rolling Stones.

Backing Billie will be the outstanding vocal harmony group Gidea Park who are famous for their Beach Boys recordings.

Gidea Park have appeared alongside Status Quo, Ronan Keating, Iron Maiden as well as Shirley Bassey. Their television appearances include BBC’s Top of the Pops.

Also joining Gidea Park on stage will be 60s legend Eric Haydock who is one of the founder members of The Hollies.

Another guest artiste will be the former lead singer of 60s hit makers Cupid’s Inspiration Terry Rice-Milton who enjoyed a top five hit with ‘Yesterday Has Gone’.

Original 60s band Sounds Force 5 complete this incredible line-up of acts.

Tickets are priced at £20. To be in with a chance of winning a pair just tell us which exciting 60s band are topping the bill at the show.
