Pedestrian flown to Queens Medical Centre after collision with bus

A man has been flown to the Queens Medical Centre with head injuries after emergency services were called to an incident in Spalding this morning following a collision involving a bus and a pedestrian.
Police, who believe the man to be local, are appealing for anyone who was in the area of Spalding Bus Station and witnessed the collision to contact the witness appeal line on 01522 558855.
They expect Winfrey Avenue, the road outside the bus station, to remain closed until later this afternoon.
