Regarding the shootings at the Castle Sports Complex, Spalding, it has come to my notice that not once on any news report I saw was it mentioned that the police station is around 150ft away, and has full view of the rear of the swimming pool, the murder scene and Bounce car park.
It has not been mentioned as to whether Lance was lying in wait for his wife and daughter to come out of the pool. If so he could have been hanging around for some time and would have been noticed by many people parking in Bounce car park going to work.
It is also possible police officers could have been washing their car at this time. This is directly behind the station and very close to the scene of the murders and very visible to them.
