Tydd St Giles Golf Club make a generous donation to Macmillan Cancer Support

Tydd St Giles Golf Club skipper Neil John has proudly revealed that the club have raised £4,159 for Macmillan Cancer Support during his year in office.

Captain John recently handed over the cheque to Nicola Clark, Macmillan’s fundraising manager for the West Norfolk and West Suffolk area.

The skipper said: “I would like to thank all who helped during a very busy year. Special thanks go to the generosity of all golfers who took part in a very well supported charity golf day.”

Clark added: “I would like to thank Neil John, of Fraser Dawbarns, for the fantastic amount that was raised, which will go towards helping Macmillan support people affected by cancer at the time that they need it most.”
