Festival of the Spoken Nerd: Just for Graphs is a riotously funny show about science on a big national tour with a date at Spalding’s South Holland Centre on Wednesday, November 11 at 8pm.

With live experiments, a few explosions, silly songs, fire juggling and a bit of smoke, it’s “what Top Gear would be like if it were about science” according to comedy mag Chortle.

Running the show are acclaimed stand-up mathematician Matt Parker, experiments maestro Steve “Danger” Mould and geek songstress Helen Arney.

This geeky science and maths trio use off the wall experiments, music and pure comic talent to deliver a whole host of astonishing scientific facts and figures – and perhaps a few things you never thought you needed to know but are glad you do.

Tickets from the South Holland Centre Box Office 01775 764777 or www.southhollandcentre.co.uk.
