Magic of the movies at show

Eight beauty students from the Post 16 Centre put their hearts and souls into their end of year show.

The students chose the themes of Enchanted Wood and the Movies and created costumes to reflect the themes.

Around 50 people went along to the show where they saw characters such as The Mad Hatter and the Queen of Hearts from Alice in Wonderland and The Joker and Harley Quinn from Batman take to the stage.

Beauty teacher Nicola Bratton said: “The girls worked really hard throughout the year to stage the show and I’m incredibly proud of them and what they achieved.

“They were brilliant.”
