Charlotte, who trained at Stamford College, specialises in colouring and cutting.
Rui (25), of Spalding, who spent four and a half years at Hedonism, specialises in wedding hair and hair extensions.
Currently there is just the two of them at the salon, but Charlotte is hoping to expand the team, with two chairs available to rent.
