Springfields Designer Outlet says it had ‘record sales’ in 2025 with turnover up six per cent.
The Spalding shopping centre also said footfall and sales were up three per cent with some stores up 52 per cent.
A spokesman said Springfields was ‘among the very best performing outlets in the UK’.
“This reinforces Springfields position as the leading designer outlet centre in the whole of the East of England and East Anglia,” they continued. “All segments are showing growth with very strong results for fashion and athleisure.
“The food and beverage sector is also doing well with restaurants and cafés extending visitor time and expenditure.”
CEO Ian Sanderson, owner of asset manager SLR Outlets, who originally developed Springfields, said: “It’s a pleasure to work with such a terrific line up of designer-quality retail partners like Molton Brown, Dune London, Radley, Joules, Skechers, Ben Sherman and Levi’s.
“Together we continue to innovate and grow every year. Leases go through quickly because, as ex-retailers, we treat our brands as partners and target customers who make a positive difference to their turnover.”.
