Royal Mail Cart go first class with special delivery

It was all change at the top of Division A of the Crowson Volkswagen Pinchbeck & District Winter Darts League.
Royal Mail Cart now lead the way after a convincing 8-1 win at Green Dragon A. Dragon’s only success came from Dan Martin, who beat Stu Page 2-1 in the singles. Shayne Hubbard hit a 180 for Dragon and, with partner Jon Goor, recorded a 17-dart leg in their pairs match.
Moving into second place are Lincoln Arms D, who beat Drayman’s Arms 8-1. Phil Newton picked up the only point for the Drayman’s with a 2-0 win over Si Barnett, who had earlier produced a 102 checkout in his pairs game.
Game of the night was at Pinchbeck FC B, who hosted Lincoln Arms A. Lincoln came out 6-3 winners in a high-quality contest. Four 180s were hit, with Paul Blow and Simon Hill (Lincoln) and Connor MacKenzie and John Gilman (PFC B) all finding the maximum. Gilman also managed an 18-dart leg, while Sam Roberts impressed with finishes of 100 and 124, plus an 18-dart leg for Lincoln.
Black Bull remain unbeaten after a 6-3 win at Consti Club C. Mark Graham produced an 18-dart leg in his 2-1 win over Jacob Herd.
Consti Club B claimed their first win of the season, edging out Services Club B 5-4. Adam Robinson sealed victory with a 2-0 singles win over Dave Norbury. Connor Hughes (120 and 126) and Scott Lawrence (114) produced big checkouts for Consti, while Steve Rawding replied with a 104 finish for Services.
In Division B, Kirton Leisure extended their lead at the top with an impressive 8-1  home win over Lincoln Arms C. Zac Brown was the only winner for the visitors.
Consti Club Z stay second after beating Consti Club D 6-3, with Brandon Bristow hitting a 124 checkout and, alongside Connor Newton, recording a 16-dart pairs leg for the Z team.
Services Club A edged out Consti Club A 5-4 at home. Jamie Mumby hit a 180 for Consti but lost 2-1 to Sarah O’Driscoll. Wins for Martin Garth and Chris Mumby in the final two games kept the score close.
At Pied Calf, Green Dragon C secured a 5-4 victory thanks to wins from Harry Lynch and Trent Hutson. James Racey claimed the last singles for the Calf with a 2-0 win over Jamie Balding.
