Holbeach United came from 2-0 down against Leiston U23s to seal a fantastic 3-2 win.
A second half double from Kacirek which built on a strike from Lee earned the Tigers a second win of the Thurlow Nunn First Division season.
The Tigers started well against a Leiston side yet to win this season with Carter’s excellent touch and run ending with a shot straight at the keeper while the stopper also kept Kacirek out early on after a defensive mistake put the forward through.
All the goals came in the second period which Leiston started the stronger.
They stretched the hosts early on and when excellent defending denied a tap-in, the ball fell to Josh Yaxley to finish for Leiston.
They doubled their lead moments later from the penalty spot, Christian Shadwell netting from 12 yards.
Holbeach’s response was impressive, first a well worked move down the right was sent out to the left for Lee to net in the 67th minute.
Then came Kacerek’s six minute double.
The first on 71 minutes saw him react quickest after a long ball was launched into the box from a free kick.
It was a similar long ball and flick on that led to his second in the 77th minute.
This time the striker had to expertly bring the ball down while facing away from goal, turn and hit a lovely strike past the goalkeeper.
Both sides finished with 10 men. Late on Billy Jordan was given his marching orders for Leiston before Joshua Bodibe was shown a second yellow card.
As The Voice went to press, Holbeach were due to play Parson Drove at Carter’s Park on Wednesday night in the League Cup.
