The same scorers then netted in a 3-1 win against newly promoted Whaplode Drove Rovers on Tuesday evening.
Earth got two this time and Drew one before he was then sent off.
Avelino Vieira netted for Whaplode who lost their opener on Saturday 2-1 to Ramsey Town, Dominc Goddard’s late consolation their first goal in the top flight.
After challenging for the title last year, Crowland Town lost their opener on Tuesday night.
Kyial West’s double gave Netherton United a 2-1 win.
In Division One, Long Sutton Athletic had the perfect start as they beat Wisbech Town Reserves 3-0 at the Fenland Stadium.
All of the goals came in the first half, Corey Compton taking just two minutes to get Long Sutton on the scoresheet.
Jordan Keeble netted on the half hour and doubled his tally from the penalty spot just before the break.
