A hard-working display earned Spalding United three more points as their surge up the Southern League Premier Central table continued.
They hit back from 1-0 down at half-time to beat Stourbridge and stretch their unbeaten run to nine games.
Ethan Freemantle put the visitors ahead after 18 minutes but any hopes the Glassboys had of leap-frogging their hosts in the standings were dashed after the break.
Joe Nyahwema levelled after 54 minutes and Mani Sano-Sani struck the winner 11 minutes later.
Freemantle put the visitors ahead when they struck on the break after goalkeeper Aaron Chapman had pulled off two good saves on his debut.
Bart Cybulski set up Glenn Walker but he lifted his shot over the bar and calls for a penalty after a robust challenge by Alex Moore were ignored as the Tulips drove forward in search of a swift response.
A late tackle by Jack Fletcher sparked a mass outbreak of handbags but that served only to fire up the Tulips who pulled level two minutes later.
A great move saw Sano-Sani whip in a cross for Nyahwema to convert tidily at the back post from close range.
Sano-Sani was on the other end of the cross for the winner when he danced his way into the area to poke home Nathan Fox’s pinpoint pass.
Sano-Sani almost doubled his tally but his header was cleared off the line, while Chapman had to be alert to deny Harvey Portman from a corner and then kept out Blaine Rowe’s late effort.
Stourbridge had six players booked, four in a feisty first half, with Dion Sembie-Ferris also getting a yellow card for the hosts.
Tulips: Chapman, Walker, Fox, Moore, Cartwright (Johnson), Lawlor, Sembie-Ferris (Leshabela), Freeman (Clifton), Cybulski, Sano-Sani, Nyahwema (Brown). Sub (not used): Hudson.
Attendance: 220.
* Lewis Hilliard has left Spalding in search of more regular game time. A Tulips spokesman said: “We would like to thank Lewis for his time and contribution to the club and we all wish him the very best for the future.”
* The wintry weather saw Spalding’s Southern League trip to Bishop’s Stortford and the Thurlow Nunn League Division One North match between Whitton United and Holbeach United on Saturday postponed.
