Whitewash wins for top and bottom of the first division

There were whitewash wins for the top and bottom teams in Division One of the Spalding and District Snooker League.

Services C are at the top of the league, after beating Consti H 6-0.
Wins came from Geoff Hemsil (r21), Jordan Philpott (r7), Kev Fitter (o14), Shane Cummins (o14) and Nigel Cherry (scr).
Adam Mayman (o28) got a 30 break but it wasn’t enough to beat Cummins.
Down at the bottom of the division, Pyramid A got their second win of the season, hammering Holbeach B 6-0.
Victor Rouse (r7), Jim Benner (r14), Michael Twell (scr), John Twell (o7) and Dean Cole (o14) were the winners.
Consti E are in second place after a 5-1 win over Pyramid D.
Jack Chilvers (o21) got Consti off to a good start, before Ben Peppercorn (o7) made it 2-0 with a convincing 49-2 win against Josh Agger (o21).
Jacob Sharpe (o49) then got one back for Pyramid, before James Kingston (o21) and Martin Ulyatt (o14) finished off the scoreline.
Services A sit in third, despite losing 4-2 to Consti G.
Ady Sibley (o35), Darren Woodberry (o35) and Marting Deacon (o14) were the winners for Consti.
Breaks of 35 and 28 from Matt Turner (o21) helped his Donington C team to a 4-2 victory over Holbeach C.
He beat Callum Scott (r7) 69-40.
Other winners for Donington were Lee Hempsall (o14) and Neil Favell (o14).
In Division Two, Boundary A have held on to the top spot with a 5-1 win over Holbeach E.
Pete King (scr), Daniel Smith (o21), Andy Mawforth (scr) and John Tidswell (o21) took the first four for Boundary, before Chris O’Leary (o21) won the final frame, giving Holbeach a point.
Holbeach A are in second after a 4-2 win at home to Consti F.
Sean Swinburn (o56), Wayne Dent (o49) and Derek Beba (r7) were the winners in that one.
Third-placed Services B got their eighth win of the season, beating Whittlesey C 4-2.
Club mates Services D are close behind them in fourth. They got the better of Donington A, winning 4-2.
Down at the bottom of the table, Consti I lost 4-2 to Holbeach F and Consti B went down by the same scoreline at home to Pyramid E.
In Division Three, Whittlesey A are a point clear at the top, after beating Consti C 4-2.
Getting the points for Whittlesey were Jason Clarke (o7), Graeme Sawyer (o14) and Steve Jennings (o35).
Hot on their heels are Gosberton D, despite going down 4-2 away to Pyramid B, who are in third place.
Consti D are fourth, after beating Donington D 4-2.
Winners in that one were Tom Digby (r7), John Cooper (r21) and Ray Digby (r28).
Fifth-placed Donington B lost to Whittlesey B, who are now in seventh.
Winners for Whittlesey were Andy Skutela (r14), Pawel Skutela (r7) and Michael Foster (o14).
Pete Burrell (scr) and Paul Stewart (scr) got the points for Donington.
In a mid-table clash, Consti J got the better of Boundary B, beating them 5-1.
Boundary got off to a good start thanks to Rich Wilson (o7) but it was downhill from there as Trev Braybrook (r14), Nev Vickers (r7), Adam Braybrook (scr) and Stew Davies (o14) took the next four.
Down at the bottom of the table, Consti A got their fourth win of the season, beating Gosberton B 4-2.
