Branch’s season of talks begins on Tuesday

The South Holland group of the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust’s annual season of talks gets underway on Tuesday night.

On the second Tuesday of each month until April the branch hosts a guest speaker as part of its meeting.

It begins this Tuesday (October 8) with a talk entitled Wicken Fen: 125 years of Conservation by Ajay Tegala.

Anyone can attend Pinchbeck Village Hall where the events take place from 7.30pm to 9.30pm.

A spokesman for the group said: “The evening consists of power point presentation on the topic.

“Refreshments and raffle are served approximately halfway through the evening and there’s an opportunity to ask the speaker questions at the end of the presentation.”
