Rainbows add colour to home

Holbeach Rainbows held one of their weekly meetings in a care home recently.

About 20 Rainbows and leaders went to Holbeach Meadows for their Make Change badge.
The Rainbows brought along all the ingredients to make ‘Cups of Kindness’ which they decorated with the residents’ help.
The cups were filled with compost and seeds planted.
The Rainbows then treated the residents to a little performance of nursery rhymes and a rendition of happy birthday for one resident.
A spokesman for Holbeach Meadows said: “This was another successful arm to our ongoing intergenerational therapy work at Holbeach Meadows, bringing the younger and older generations together.”
