It’s Time to Talk

Today is Time to Talk day and Community Mind Matters is holding a special event at Spalding Library.

The mental health awareness initiative will be at the Victoria Street institution from 10am to 4pm.
“People can just come in and say hello and have that conversation on mental health,” said Vanessa Browning, the woman behind Community Mind Matters. “Anyone is welcome to come along.
“There’s also a space where I can take people to if they’d like a private one-to-one chat.”
“The first step of talking about your mental health problems is the hardest to make.
“The aim is to make it as easy as possible.”
Vanessa will be downstairs in the library.
