Driver of hearse taken to hospital after two vehicle collision

The driver of a hearse has been taken to hospital after being involved in a collision in West Pinchbeck.

The incident between the funeral vehicle and a black Volkswagon Polo on Glenside South was reported at 10.47am.

We received reports of a two-vehicle collision involving a hearse and a black Volkswagen Polo at 10.47am.

A spokesman for Lincolnshire Police, said: “The driver of the hearse sustained injuries and was taken to hospital.

“The driver and passengers of the VW sustained minor injuries, but were also taken to hospital as a precaution.”
